Services We Provide

Case management – individual and/or family’s needs are identified and services are coordinated and managed in a systematic way

Families NSW – Families NSW is a whole of government strategy for prevention and early intervention that aims to give children the best start in life

Advocacy & Empowerment – Self-advocacy seeks to empower service users to speak up for themselves by expressing their own needs and representing their own interests

Domestic Violence programs & Support – Trained caseworkers work together with families to have open and honest discussions about family and domestic violence.

Crisis Accommodation – Our specialist homelessness services provide crisis accommodation and support for women who are escaping Domestic Violence, and or at risk of homelessness

Transitional Accommodation –  Transitional housing is a form of social housing delivered by registered community housing providers for applicants listed on the housing register with very high or high housing needs

Information,  Advice  & Referrals – referring vulnerable women and or children for consultation, review, or further action with the appropriate services.

EAPA Vouchers – NSW Government Are Helping With Your Cost Of Living. To Save Visit Service NSW. Get The Support You Need. Help With Cost Of Living. Find Out More. See If You’re Eligible

Repayable Brokerage– The purpose of brokerage funding is to: ● deliver responses that are flexible and tailored to client needs ● assist clients to address any problems or barriers that prevent them from accessing or maintaining housing in order to prevent or address homelessness.

Court Support—ADVO’s – Apprehended Domestic Violence Orders (ADVO); and Apprehended Personal Violence Orders (APVO). APVOs are usually made in circumstances involving neighbours or acquaintances, not for domestic and family violence matters.

Outreach Support – provides outreach services to people in their own environment who may be experiencing a range of issues affecting their ability to access and maintain affordable and appropriate housing. These issues may include substance dependency and/or mental health concerns.

Grief & Loss Support – Loss can come in many forms – we can grieve over anything from the death of a loved one, to the loss of a job, home, pet or anything
