Advocacy & Empowerment – Self-advocacy seeks to empower service users to speak up for themselves by expressing their own needs and representing their own interests
Domestic Violence programs & Support – Trained caseworkers work together with families to have open and honest discussions about family and domestic violence.
Crisis Accommodation – Our specialist homelessness services provide crisis accommodation and support for women who are escaping Domestic Violence, and or at risk of homelessness
Transitional Accommodation – Transitional housing is a form of social housing delivered by registered community housing providers for applicants listed on the housing register with very high or high housing needs
Information, Advice & Referrals – referring vulnerable women and or children for consultation, review, or further action with the appropriate services.

Repayable Brokerage– The purpose of brokerage funding is to: ● deliver responses that are flexible and tailored to client needs ● assist clients to address any problems or barriers that prevent them from accessing or maintaining housing in order to prevent or address homelessness.
Court Support—ADVO’s – Apprehended Domestic Violence Orders (ADVO); and Apprehended Personal Violence Orders (APVO). APVOs are usually made in circumstances involving neighbours or acquaintances, not for domestic and family violence matters.
Court Support—Family – Attending court can be challenging and distressing, especially if it is your first time. Trained caseworkers provide information on court processes, where to seek advice and emotional support when needed.
Outreach Support – provides outreach services to people in their own environment who may be experiencing a range of issues affecting their ability to access and maintain affordable and appropriate housing. These issues may include substance dependency and/or mental health concerns.
Grief & Loss Support – Loss can come in many forms – we can grieve over anything from the death of a loved one, to the loss of a job, home, pet or anything
Support – Property Care – Maintaining tenancy – Assisting clients with their tenancy obligations to significantly reduce the risk of losing their tenancy
Legal Support & Advice-Assist with legal information including Family Law from our supportive solicitor
